Stephen Heins has written about climate change, energy policy, the EPA, ESG, carbon tax, DOE, SEC, pipelines and transmission, renewables, co-operative federalism, electrical grid, fracking, and the natural gas revolution. Stephen was VP of corporate communication and government affairs for Orion Energy Systems, a leader in innovating energy and lighting systems based in Plymouth, Wisconsin. He studied American Literature and Poetry at Columbia University in New York City and studied business and economics at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
