Changes in store for post-pandemic office

Assigned desks and permanent walls could be a thing of the past once employees are back at the office. In order to accommodate social distancing, some workplace designers are planning for workstations to be used on a rotating basis, monitored by sensors to detect occupancy. Other designers are offering moveable walls for individual offices. As Forbes writer Kristin Stoller explains, many of the potential changes are in response to the psychology of workers affected by the COVID pandemic.
